About the Program
Registration will open at 8:45 AM. The program will begin at 9:15 AM and conclude at 2:00 PM. A full breakfast and lunch will be provided.
Is your association ready for 2020? Will it be relevant in 2025? How innovative has the leadership been in its efforts to demonstrate value to its members, and the community?
Attend this program to participate in a discussion about the association of the future, methods of performance excellence, developing better Boards, and making more effective use of the strategic plan.
We’ll address the following questions, and more:
- What does the association of the future look like?
- Does your association need to transform its ways and programs to remain relevant?
- How do you build an effective Board and leadership team that’s sustainable in the future?
- How can you use a strategic plan as a roadmap to focus Board members?
- What steps must you take to explain to members why the should belong well into the future?
Thank you to our host and sponsor:
